Step 2:  Open and read the WSCRCA Garden Rental Agreement.pdf and Garden Policies _ Procedures 2018.pdf. These documents contain important information that you should know before completing your registration.

Step 3:  Click on the "Register" box to the left, complete the form, and make your payment.

If registration is FULL, you can still register on the waitlist.

Confirmation of Bed Rental: Once you complete your registration form, you will have up to 24 hours to make your payment, otherwise, your registration will be cancelled.

Within 5 days, you will receive a notice confirming your bed assignment. If for some reason you do not receive confirmation, please contact communitygarden@wscr.ca.

Cancellation Policy: If you need to cancel your bed rental, please notify communitygarden@wscr.ca. Refunds will be issued for cancellations received before 8 p.m.MT on May 1, 2019. Otherwise, refunds will only be issued if the bed is rented to another member for the season.

Should you have to cancel, you are responsible to ensure that your bed is empty of any plants for the next gardener.

Note that you have 15 minutes to submit payment once you register, otherwise the system will automatically cancel your registration.

    WSCRCA Abuse Prevention Protocol (APP)

As required by our insurer and for the safety of our children/vulnerable persons, effective March 26, 2019, it is now the policy of the West Springs/Cougar Ridge Community Association (WSCRCA) that each soccer head coach and assistant coach will need to acknowledge the WSCRCA Abuse Prevention Protocol (APP).

How to Acknowledge the WSCRCA Abuse Prevention Protocol (APP):

    • Download the WSCRCA Abuse Prevention Protocol (APP) found here
    • Read through the Purpose, Definitions, and Protocol Guidelines

    • Note: Although parents must be present with their child at all times, it is still important that coaches are aware of, and follow the ‘Structural Guidelines for Program’ section

Questions and concerns regarding the APP should be sent directly to president@wscr.ca.

WSCRCA is pleased to offer the 1st Annual Power Skating program at the Bowness Community Arena. This is a great opportunity for children (ages 5-10) to skate through the summer and improve their skating fundamentals with a power skating instructor.

This program is for hockey and ringette players looking to improve their skating ability (please note that this is not a learn to skate program).

Registration will open to members on May 1, 2019. Space is limited and we expect it will fill up quickly, so don’t delay!

This program is open to members only at a cost of $10 per skater per session (see dates/times below). You can register for 1 or all 5 sessions.
