     WSCRCA is proud to offer the chance to renew your current garden bed for 2019.

    Location: 25 Weston Park (off 73 St. adjacent to the soccer field & behind the Weston Drive plaza)

    Bed size: Approximately 4 ft x 8 ft x 18 in. or 24 in. 

    Rental fee: $50 per bed for 2019 season. The rental fee includes one garden bed, access to water, hoses, garden shed, resource materials and shared tools.

    Garden season: November 1, 2018 to October 31, 2019

    Registration is only open to members who have rented a garden bed for the 2018 season. If you rented two beds in 2018 and want to renew two beds, please use the "Guest" option at the bottom of your registration form.

    Click on the "Register" box, complete the form, and make your payment.

    Registration is only open to active WSCRCA members in good standing. Not a member yet? Click here to sign up for a WSCRCA membership.

    Confirmation of Bed Rental:
    Once you complete your registration form, you will have up to 24 hours to make your payment, otherwise, your registration will be cancelled.

    Within 4 days, you will receive a notice confirming your bed assignment. If for some reason you do not receive confirmation, please contact communitygarden@wscr.ca.

    Cancellation Policy:
    If you need to cancel your bed rental, please notify communitygarden@wscr.ca. Refunds will be issued for cancellations received before May 1, 2019. Otherwise, refunds will only be issued if the bed is rented to another member for the 2019 season.

    Should you have to cancel, you are responsible to ensure that your bed is empty of any plants for the next gardener.

    WSCRCA is proud to present:
    Ski and Tube Night with your WSCR Community
    If you are interested in coming out and enjoying a night on the hill with your neighbors, come join us for the WSCRCA Ski/Snowboard/Tube Night at COP.

    When: February 17, 2019 6-9 pm
    Where: Winsport Canada Olympic Park
    Members Only Event: $10 per family (max of 6 tickets per family). The $10 will be donated to the Calgary Food Bank.

    This includes use of lifts, tube park and the ski hill. Tickets will be available for pick up on the 2nd level near the cafeteria (next to the elevator at the top of the stairs).

    If required, equipment rentals rates are as follows:
          • $10 Peewee
          • $23 Youth
          • $28 Adult

    If you are renting equipment, please complete and bring the following waiver and rental forms with you: Waiver and Rental Form. The rental room is on the main floor next to guest services.

    Lessons are not available this year, however the association has rented 4 tube lanes (please still expect backlogs at times).

    Cancellation Policy:
    • Registrants must provide 48 hours to cancel.
    • For members, no-shows are subject to a $25 charge per registration if 48 hours notice of cancellation is not given.

    Payment must be made at time of registration to avoid your registration being cancelled.

    WSCRA is offering a learn to skate program for all ages. This is a great opportunity to learn the basics of skating.

    7 DAYS in MARCH as follows:

    *Arena is subject to change, please note that arena on the digital message boards when you arrive.

    Registration is open to members only and registration is required for this program. The cost for all the classes is $10 per student.

    • Parents are highly encouraged to come on the ice if your child has never skated before and is unable to stand on their own.Due to liability concerns, parents must also wear a helmet.

    Arena Schedule is subject to change and can be confirmed when you arrive at the center by checking the digital message boards.
